The Role

Fixer & Optimiser: Oversee maintenance schedules, troubleshoot breakdowns, and fine-tune production lines to run smoothly.

Safety Champion: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and food industry regulations—keeping standards as high as the production output!

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone with:

A L3 qualification in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the food, beverage, or FMCG sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills—a motivator and mentor!
Technical expertise and the ability to think fast under pressure.
Bonus: Familiarity with food industry compliance and standards.
