Part-Time HR Manager – Ilkeston – £35,000 - £50,000 (Pro Rata)

We are partnering with an established manufacturing business in Ilkeston, who are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join their team on a flexible, part-time basis (around 3 days per week).  The role can be organised around school hours.

About the Company:

Our client is a growing organisation with around 100 employees who values collaboration, innovation, and quality. They are looking for an HR professional who can provide strategic guidance while also managing the day-to-day HR functions.

The Role:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and retention.
Offer expert advice on workforce planning, organisational design, and development.
Foster employee engagement and help maintain a positive, inclusive culture.
Ensure compliance with employment law and manage HR policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in hands-on operational HR roles in an SME environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organisation.
Strong track record in managing the employee lifecycle and overseeing HR operations.
Confident in providing guidance on workforce planning and organisational structure.
