Sales Progressor based in Walton
Salary: £36,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), pro-rata for part-time
Working Hours: Full-time – Monday to Friday or would consider 3 days + per week (part-time)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Progressor to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth progression of property sales from offer acceptance through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process, acting as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents.
Regularly update clients on the status of their property transactions, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to overcome any issues and keep the process moving efficiently.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise during the conveyancing process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the progress of transactions.
Work collaboratively with the branch team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a sales progression role within an estate agency or conveyancing environment is essential.
Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the conveyancing process and relevant legal documentation.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
