Job Spec -
Act as liaison between local HR and team to ensure effective working relationships.
Suggest and implement process improvements for efficient administrative practices.
Collaborate on key initiatives and project work.
Support new process implementation and communication guidance.Reporting:
Generate reports for global and Local HR teams, including sickness absence, car-related, capacity, and election reports.
Provides business reports on address and cost centre changes.
Complete reports for external benefit providers and manages ad hoc report requests.HR Team Support:
Organize and coordinate local Welcome Events.
Assist with HR administration, processes, events, and logistics.
Ensure accurate document management and coordination of signatures.
Handle ad hoc work as required
