Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to work for a Principal Contractor based in South Wales.

The successful candidate will be running a £10m new build commercial project.

About You:

* Qualified to Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering/Building

* Be able to produce programs & construction plans

* Confident in the management of subcontractors & commercial budget

* Commercially aware with experience of various forms of Contract (JCT/NEC)

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
