We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to help bring exciting projects to life in a variety of sectors and a turnover of circa £90M.

What You'll Do as Assistant Site Manager:

* Work hand-in-hand with the dynamic Site Management and Project Management teams.

* Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to keep projects running smoothly.

* Manage resources like labour, materials, and equipment to optimise efficiency.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high level of quality and address any challenges head-on.

* Uphold health and safety regulations and quality standards every step of the way.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a main building contractor or solid experience with a specialist subcontractor.

* Relevant construction qualifications either working towards a degree in construction management or hold a BTEC in construction.

* Good understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

* Great communication skills to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.

* Relevant certifications (CSCS, SMSTS) are a must.
