An Established Construction Consultancy need a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Bristol! Your duties as a Chartered Building Surveyor will be to lead the building surveying team and support the learning of junior building surveyors. You will advise clients on all aspects of the project, from commencement to delivery. You will manage the project and conduct professional building surveying duties such as building inspections and assessments to identify defects. You will produce professional reports and devise improvement strategies.
