Role Description

We are looking for a number of operational customer account managers to fill roles within our growing business.

These are full-time roles for an Customer Account Manager(s) at their site located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, developing bespoke solutions, and fostering long-term business relationships and confidence. Additionally, the Account Manager will work closely with leadership and support teams to ensure service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience in client relationship management

* Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fabric, or public health maintenance services

* Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions

* Knowledge of project and energy management

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

* Experience in the facilities management or engineering industry with either a technical qualification and / or management training.
