Location: Newport, Telford
Salary: £12.68 per hour
Shift Pattern: Fixed Night Shift – 4 on 4 off
Working Hours: 18:00 - 06:00

We are hiring for a Machine Operator to join a busy food production factory in Newport, Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine operation experience looking for a stable, well-paid night shift role.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth running and efficiency.
Perform regular checks and maintenance on machines to prevent downtime.
Adhere to strict food hygiene and health and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to maintain production flow.
Ensure accurate completion of production records and reporting as required.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a food production or manufacturing environment is desirable.
A strong understanding of health and safety and food hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Reliability and flexibility to work the 4 on 4 off night shift pattern.
