Are you a proactive and driven individual? Our esteemed client in Rowfant is seeking a Yard Operative to join their dynamic team on a temporary/ongoing basis. Embrace a workplace where individual initiative and teamwork are celebrated, fostering an engaging and empowering environment.

- Competitive hourly rate: £11.50.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As part of this role, you will be tasked with loading delivery vehicles, filling bags with Bitumen, sealing the bags once filled, setting up machinery, and carrying out various other yard duties to ensure the smooth operation of the workplace.

Applicant Requirements:

Physical fitness is essential; lifting up to 25kg is required.

Valid Right to Work Documents that allow you to work unrestricted.

someone who not only works well alone for extended periods of time but can work well within a team

You must have a team player mindset willing to muck in and help you colleagues with varying other duties if other areas of the business are falling behind

Important Information:

We will only be able to consider applicants that have a driving license with full time access to a vehicle due to the location of this job, public transport to Rowfant is non-existent.
