Machine Operative, Aspatria

Our client, a global leader in manufacturing, is entering a peak production period and is seeking temporary Machine Operatives to provide ongoing support. As a Machine Operative, you will work in a fast-paced environment, operating machinery to support the production process. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of equipment to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating machinery to assist in the manufacturing of products
Monitoring and adjusting machine settings as necessary
Following operational procedures and health & safety guidelines
Working to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

Previous experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Ability to work well as part of a team

Shift Details:

Backshift working pattern over Monday- Friday
