A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY:

Meetings Maestro - You’re a pro at finding new customers and booking meetings, mostly through cold calling, but also using email, social selling, networking, and research.

Qualifying Genius - You know how to qualify prospects professionally, ensuring you're only pursuing the best opportunities for your time and energy.

C-Suite Conversationalist - Engage with everyone from Directors to C-suite executives across various industries, from Blue Chip companies to the Public Sector.

Energy & Drive - Bring the passion! You know it’s a numbers game, and you balance both ‘quality’ and ‘quantity’ in every interaction.

Trusted Advisor - Work closely with our pre-sales team to build trust and establish yourself as the go-to expert for your clients.

Target Crusher - Hit your numbers and grow the business—every department will have your back when you deliver.

Customer Champion - Own the entire customer journey, from the first conversation to them becoming loyal CG customers.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

At least 1 years new business development -  If you're crushing it in sales, we want to hear from you! New business is your playground, and you know exactly how to win big.

Love to talk? If picking up the phone and chatting with customers gets you fired up, you're in the right place. You’re a pro at outbound dials and love turning conversations into opportunities.

KPI master? Targets are your jam, and hitting them is just another day in the life for you. Booked meetings? Done. Qualified calls? You’re two steps ahead!

Solid foundation: We’re looking for someone with a sound educational background (a minimum of 5 GCSEs).

Extra credit: If you've got experience in the connectivity or telecoms world, you’ll fit right in!

You'll bag a fantastic base salary £35-40,000 + commission (OTE £60k)

THE NITTY-GRITTY:

This is a full-time role, you'll be working 37.5 hours per week, but no weekends, it's Monday to Friday.

It's a permanent position.

You'll have flexibility, with your core hours and where you work with our hybrid working policy!

BPSS, SC, and other clearances are required for this role.
