We are seeking passionate and dedicated Social Worker - Child - Hereford to join our Children in Care team in Herefordshire. Location: Herefordshire
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £33,000 - £37, 000 (plus £5,000 market supplement)

Key Responsibilities (Social Care):

Work within a supportive Children & Young People in Care team
Ensure the voice of the child is always heard, collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues
Help protect and improve outcomes for children and young people

Qualified Social Worker with a recognised social work degree or equivalent
Registration with Social Work England
Experience working with children and families, particularly within children's services or care settings
Strong knowledge of child protection, safeguarding legislation, and statutory requirements
Proven ability to engage with children, young people, and their families, maintaining a child-centred approach
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from multiple professions
