Skills and Qualifications:

You will be a qualified Nurse with a strong clinical background

Having strong communication and leadership skills.

Be able to handle difficult situation effectively and in a timely manner

Proven management experience in a similar role.

You will be able to lead and motivate teams with commitment

Essential for the role:

Proven management experience at a similar level within elderly or nursing homes

A clinical background as a registered nurse

Established leadership skills to manage large teams

Effective multi-tasking and prioritization

You’ll be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality

A Regional Support Manager with relevant experience in a senior management capacity is desirable

As the Regional Support Manager in London, you will look over 5 nursing homes. You will be a key member in the quality team and you will identify issues within the homes and create a plan and improve the services. You will provide support to the Home Manager and you will visit the homes frequently. Projects may involve budget performance, quality performance or recruitment.
