HGV 1 Driver

An exciting opportunity to work with one of our clients based in Telford has become available for HGV 1 Drivers on an ad-hoc and temporary basis.

The role will entail and not limited to:  

Trunking work
Trailer swapping 
General haulage work
Use of mobile device to take pictures of loads, deliveries and collections  

To be considered for this HGV 1 driver role you will need: 

Category C+E entitlement (held for minimum 2 years) 
6 Months experience driving C+E vehicle 
Valid Tacho and DQC cards
Monday – Friday (Including ad-hoc shifts)
Friendly, professional and dedicated to great customer service 
An outstanding work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace
Certification for proof of pass for FORS Bridge Strike Training.   

Benefits:  

PAYE HGV 1 driver Pay Rates are as follows:  

Days - £15.00ph
Nights - £16.00ph
Night out allowance - £26 per night.
Weekly or monthly pay
Accrued holiday pay.
Access to pension (PAYE).
Local agency office/consultants
