Site Manager needed in CM4

We’re looking for a Site Manager to oversee groundwork projects, ensuring smooth operations, health & safety compliance, and top-quality results. You’ll be responsible for managing site teams, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and keeping projects on track from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficient workflow
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure health & safety regulations are strictly followed
Maintain project schedules and budgets
Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and senior management
Problem-solve and adapt to challenges on-site

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience in groundworks and civil engineering
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔️ Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations
✔️ Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
