Job Title: Business Development Consultant - Midlands
Location: Midlands (Field-based)
Salary: Up to £40k per annum DOE + Uncapped Commission + Company Car
About the Role: Are you a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Consultant with at least 3 years of experience? We're looking for an ambitious individual to join our growing team and help drive business growth across the Midlands. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding results for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Midlands region.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
* Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure a collaborative approach to business growth.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum of 3 year's experience in business development or sales, ideally within a B2B environment.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Full, clean UK driving licence (company car provided).
