Warranty and Service Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week), with 30 minutes unpaid lunch
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Our client is one of the largest dealer groups in the UK, with over 100 years of experience in the franchised dealer world. They represent a wide range of leading vehicle manufacturers and have an extensive network of car and commercial dealerships across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse, process workshop job cards, and manage invoicing
* Perform general administrative duties
* Communicate with customers to obtain order numbers
* Process and input warranty and contract claims via the designated system
* Input costs on customer portals
* Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong administrative experience (previous service admin experience is desirable but not essential)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
* Previous experience with invoicing systems
