CNC Miller Setter/Operator

Job Overview:
Our clients is is an established, family run business that has been providing sub-contract machining services for over 50 years. They are AS9100 and ISO9001 approved and specialising in high precision CNC milling and turning, they supply high quality machined components at competitive prices to a variety of sectors. We are now recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller Setter Operator to join this well established organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* The ideal CNC Miller Setter Operator will have over 6 years working experience as CNC Miller

* Must have over 6 years working experience as a Setter Operator

* We require experience of 5 Axis machining - over 6 years working experience

* Experience of Fanuc controls is required

* Any experience of Matsuura will be beneficial

* Experience of programming, writing programs, editing programs will be advantageous

* Ability to read and understand technical drawings is required

* Excellent proven background in working in Machineshop

The successful CNC Miller Setter Operator will be awarded an excellent hourly rate, training on varied machines, and other benefits to be confirmed.

Hours of work - 39 hours per week

Plenty of overtime available and paid at time and half
