Customer Service Advisor

Location: Edinburgh City Centre
Contract: Temporary (6 months, potential for extension)
Start Date: 28th April
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, rotating shifts (8am-8pm) + 1 Saturday every 4 weeks (9am-4pm, with a weekday off in lieu)
Hybrid Working: Office-based for the first 6 months, then 3 days remote (subject to approval)

What You'll Be Doing

Handling inbound calls from existing customers with a wide range of queries and request about their accounts
Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
Following security and compliance procedures to ensure excellent service
Supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances and directing them to the right team when necessary
Organising and maintaining accurate records
