Job Title: Email-Marketing Manager

Location: Nottingham Salary: Up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Create, test, and optimise email campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with overall marketing goals.
Manage and grow email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in email marketing.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving results from email campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar email marketing tools.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse data and metrics to inform strategy.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity: Innovative approach to email content and design.
