Clarkson Owens are delighted to be working with a modern consultancy seeking an Administrator to join our busy team in Glasgow.

The role includes ensuring smooth running of the office, audio typing, inputting data into the internal system, co-ordinating staff member diaries, answering incoming telephone calls and general reception duties.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge and experience of working within a similar role. Previous experience working for a surveyor is preferred but not essential.

Candidates should have experience working within an office environment, full understanding of microsoft programmes and the proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
