Contract Supervisor
£44,000 + Overtime

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Contract Supervisor to join a fantastic team in Manchester.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision of all electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Experience working on commercial buildings is essential.
Organise and complete compliance for electrical maintenance with internal engineers and sub-contractors.
Client relationship management ideally have been an LVAP or HVAP. About You:

You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working within FM.
You will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly those relating to electrical work
You will be qualified to a minimum of S1 762 and hold a relevant electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation)
You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
You will be able to work independently and as part of a team We Offer:
