Responsible to: Executive Assistant to the Executive Director

Are you an organised and professional individual with experience as an Executive Assistant? My client is seeking an Executive Assistant who will play a vital role in the Community and Children's Services department.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Directorate Leadership Team and elected Members.
Manage diaries, organise meetings, and produce high-quality documents.
Handle general enquiries and coordinate responses to Freedom of Information requests and Complaints.
Support in planning, writing, and circulating meeting agendas and minutes.
Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
Maintain confidential filing systems and assist with project research and administrative tasks.
Develop and maintain internal systems to enhance business unit efficiency.
Assist with financial tasks, including purchase orders and petty cash administration.What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other IT software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
