Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.

* Make key operational decisions to maximize site margins.

* Coordinate with the design team to review drawings and specifications, ensuring timely implementation of technical queries (TQs).

* Oversee site employees, clearly assigning daily tasks and ensuring work packs and instructions are fully understood.

* Supervise all personnel on site, including subcontractors, agency workers, and trainees.

* Actively identify training and development needs for site employees and ensure appropriate training is provided on or off-site.

* Ensure quality control by implementing ITP inspections, issuing defect notices, and ensuring timely rectification.

* Monitor contracts and target programmes to meet key milestones; create 2-4 week look-ahead schedules to ensure timely delivery of plant, labour, and materials.

* Suggest programme changes when improvements are identified, subject to line manager approval.

* Review specifications to propose alternatives that increase margins where applicable.

* Provide accurate material take-offs with clear documentation, including marked-up drawings for clarity.

* Ensure your own health and safety, as well as the safety of those around you.
