CV Screen is recruiting for a Digital Account Director for a well-established Social Media Agency. The role is London based in a hybrid role (2/3 days per week in the office) and a salary of up to £60,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS
As a Digital Account Director, you’re a leader for your teams, clients and the agency. You will be responsible for developing and implementing successful campaigns for Retail, hospitality and leisure brands, both big and small.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-          Direction and management of account teams to achieve agreed plans and objectives

-          Provide quality consultation to clients, establishing a trusted and respectful relationship

-          Ultimately accountable for the management of clients, including management of expectations budgets and profitability

-          Develop and grow clients and accounts, identifying and converting revenue generating opportunities

-          Set budgets, update forecasts and manage resources

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Digital Account Director will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Previous experience of being an Account Director at an integrated agency

-          Be an inspiring leader and experienced in managing and developing multiple direct reports

-          A proven track record of growing accounts and bringing new business

-          A proven track record of successfully implemented Social Media campaigns for a range of clients

-          Any experience of working with Retail, Hospitality or Leisure clients would be highly desirable

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £60,000

LOCATION
The role is hybrid with 2/3 days in the office in Central London.
