Role: Behaviour Mentor (Secondary)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £90 - £120 PER DAY - (depending on experience)

Location – Watford

Time 8:30am – 3:30pm

Temporary – Fulltime with the potential in becoming permanent

Overview:

Supply Desk are currently seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join a vibrant secondary school based in Watford on a long-term contract possibly then leading to a permanent position. The role will be starting as soon as possible on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will need to have experience in supporting children with complex and challenging behaviours within KS3, KS4 and KS5.

The ideal candidate must:

Have the right to work within the UK
DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
Have experience working with students who have complex and challenging behaviours
Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments
Be able to support the teacher in and around the classroom
Work with small groups of children
