Position: Marketing/Administration Assistant - Office Based
Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time options available

Are you a creative and organized individual looking to join a dynamic team in a thriving business? We are seeking a Marketing/Administration Assistant on behalf of our client based in Central Birmingham . This client has experienced rapid growth and operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and community building. They need someone to help them drive their marketing efforts and assist in administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:

Website Management: Audit and update website pages to keep content fresh and engaging.
Content Creation: Design promotional campaigns, sales packages, and create marketing materials.
Social Media Management: Manage platforms like Instagram and TikTok, assisting with brand awareness and content creation.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns for events, track responses, and generate leads.
Administrative Assistance:

Event Planning: Support the management team with planning and coordinating events, including managing bookings and logistics.
Technical Support: Provide IT support for building and improving company systems and procedures.
Client Relationships: Maintain and support strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering solutions for event planning.
Business Development:

Sales Campaigns: Assist in developing campaigns to increase sales for private events and business functions, working closely with clients to exceed expectations.
Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback and conduct post-event evaluations to improve future events.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion in photography
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
Flexibility to work part-time or full-time.
This role may also be suitable for a part time student with some commercial experience who is looking for a part time role.
