Whether you have prior experience in insolvency or are currently working at a specialist insolvency firm and seeking to broaden your expertise, this role provides an excellent opportunity to build your career within a practice with diverse specialisms. As an Insolvency Administrator, you'll manage a varied portfolio of cases, meet statutory requirements, provide strategic advice to stakeholders, and collaborate closely with Managers and Partners to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the management of a portfolio of insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.
Investigate directors' conduct and company affairs, preparing detailed reports as required.
Draft and review statutory documents, ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation.
Communicate effectively with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
Assist Managers and Partners in developing and implementing case strategies.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years' experience in insolvency administration.
A solid understanding of insolvency legislation and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
