Job Role: Site Welder Fitter - Supervisor
Location: Leicestershire
Shift: 7am to 5pm Mon to Thu / 7am to 2pm on Fri
Pay Rate: £18.00 - £19.00 per hour

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Skilled Welder / Site Fitter Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication, welding, and site fitting, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Must be willing to travel to sites across the MIdlands region and London.

Responsibilities:

Leading site based projects
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Fabricating and welding metal components using MIG/TIG and other welding techniques
Performing site fitting and installation of fabricated components
Ensuring quality and accuracy of workmanship
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Maintaining a clean and organized work environmentQualifications:

UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
Proven experience as a fabricator/welder, with expertise in MIG/TIG welding
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
