Working with an exciting, innovative solutions provider, we are looking to introduce a hard-working, influential Workshop Engineering Manager into their well-established team. Your valuable maintenance and management experience will play a pivotal role in ensuring all maintenance related activities are carried out in line with the company maintenance strategy.

Responsibilities

* Covering the HGV, Fixed Plant and Mobile Plant function

* Supervise and lead a team of technicians and Engineers, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant industry requirements

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency

* Ensuring that all compliance is met with regards to, Road Transport Legislation, Lift Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations

Requirements

* Previous experience within a fleet workshop

* Strong management skills

* Good IT knowledge
