Location: Bishops Stortford

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £25,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

Managing and resolving customer queries, including complaints, delivery, and picking errors
Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
Collaborating with various departments
Processing orders
Following procedures for each task and process, including logging, processing, and progress checking inquiries
Handling varied department administration tasksEssential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

Previous experience in a customer service role
Strong computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, occasionally pressured environment
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Confident and innovative approach to work
