Due to an upcoming promotion, a Senior Interior Design Leader job is available with a global architecture and design firm, based out of their office in Dallas, TX. The role is focused on aviation projects across the region, often focused on high-end hospitality elements of airport terminals. Offering a salary up to $100,000 plus bonus potential and extensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of design, with a particular focus on concept design, programming, and design development
Support and develop studio standards, alongside the leadership team
Support with FF&E and material selections/specifications
Participate in client and consultant meetings and presentations
Assist in the development of client relationships, both new and existing
Support with team mentoring and development, providing guidance in an encouraging and collaborative way.Required Skills & Experience

Degree qualified in Interior Design, or similar
RID and NCIDQ certified
12+ years of experience in aviation or high-end hospitality
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering tools
Client-facing and team mentoring experience.What you get back
