Responsibilities:

Support Lesson Delivery: Assist teachers in presenting engaging lessons and activities.
Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one assistance to students with special educational needs or general academic support.
Positive Environment: Foster a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
Skill Development: Help students acquire essential skills and knowledge across various subjects.
Classroom Management: Aid in managing classroom behaviour and organization.
Collaboration: Work with teachers and staff to address individual student needs.
Extracurricular Support: Assist students during breaks and extracurricular activities.
Safety and Organization: Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.Requirements:

Have previous experience within a regulated setting, education experience desired.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young learners.
Ability to work and communicate effectively as a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
