Learning Support Assistant

Location: Braintree
Salary: £80 - £100 per day

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a forward-thinking organisation in Braintree. The successful Learning Support Assistant will play a key role in supporting students with their educational journey, contributing to a creative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students, helping to remove barriers to learning.
Collaborate with teachers to enhance the learning experience.
Support students in achieving their educational and personal goals.
Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Engage with students, fostering enthusiasm and motivation.
Requirements:

A passion for supporting young people and improving educational outcomes.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to teamwork.
Flexibility, creativity, and a proactive approach to challenges.
