As a Production Operative, your day will involve a variety of tasks, including pouring concrete into moulds, operating machinery, and working with hand and power tools. You'll collaborate closely with your team in both the yard and factory, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with general clean-up when needed. This physically demanding role is ideal for someone experienced in manual handling!

Production Operative Duties:

Proficient with hand and power tools
Experience in labouring is an advantage
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Building and construction experience is preferred but not required
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and tackling daily challengesHours, Pay & Benefits:

Hours of work rotate weekly between 6am to 3pm and 8am to 5pm
£12 - £15+ p/hour
Overtime available at time and a half
Working in a sheltered area
