Pay: From £13.19 per hour
Hours: Flexible shifts, typically 8–12 hours (e.g., 7:45am – 8:15pm)
Days: Flexible – work when it suits you (Monday to Sunday)

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Providing high-quality support to individuals with physical or mental disabilities

* Assisting with personal care – from helping choose an outfit to bathing and brushing teeth

* Supporting with medication, meals, and mobility

* Engaging in meaningful conversations and activities that bring joy

* Encouraging independence and ensuring each resident lives their best life

* Promoting dignity, respect, and emotional well-being

What You’ll Need:

* NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Social Care

* A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar care role

* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

* Up-to-date Mandatory Training (e.g., Safeguarding Adults/Children)

* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities, or physical impairments

* Physical capability to assist with movement and transfers

* A calm, reliable, patient, and flexible nature

* Respect for diversity, discretion, and sound knowledge of good care practices
