The Role
 
With over 45 years experience behind us, we are proud to be one of the leading commercial catering and refrigeration service provider across the UK, now part of an international group we are able to provide our clients and employees a great company to be part of. We currently have a team of 120 service engineers across the UK working on a regional basis, working with Restaurants, Hotels, School and Care homes to name a few.
 
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer / Team Leader to join our team to work across our commercial sites in the West Midlands
 
Key Responsibilities:

Service, reactive maintenance and breakdown of refrigeration equipment
Supervise, lead, and support a team of refrigeration engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system faults and oversee effective resolutions.
Provide technical expertise and hands-on support as required.
Conduct site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Working with Cold-rooms, Bottle Coolers, packs, Under counter fridge/freezers, Display Cabinets, Blast chillers
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients
Field based meeting clients - Customer facing position Qualifications

FGAS
Experience with CO2
Previous experience with commercial refrigeration equipment
NVQ level 2 refrigeration & air conditioning (preferred)
Full UK Driving Licence  
Package:

Up to £45,000pa
40 hour working week
Door to door
33 days holiday ( you can buy 5 more )
