We are looking for the next Store Manager of a fashion brand located in the heart of Bromley.

We need someone who is passionate about their staff, their customers and the brand, so each day they can make a positive impact.

You would be managing a team of 13 on a daily basis and driving the business forward from the front with passion and energy to get the results for the store.

The culture of this brand is all about inclusion, supporting one another and delivering the best experience for the customer every time by listening to their needs, suggesting the right product and guiding them to make the right choice for them. 

Some of the duties will include:

Driving and monitoring sales performance of the branch - tweaking when and where is necessary.

Ensuring the store is stocked correctly and that it looks visually appealing at all times.

Train and develop your staff to allow them to reach their potential.

Recruit for your team when you have any openings with support from head office.

Conduct store audits and maintain daily paperwork as required.
