As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Residential and Nursing home
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Managing and training staff
Conducting assessments to create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored for each resident.
Ensuring work areas and practices meet safety requirements and adhere to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Promoting residents’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high-quality care and continuously seeking improvement.Package and Benefits:

A nursing qualification
At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position
A good knowledge of CQC compliance
