Building Services Engineer (Commercial Gas Bias)
Location: Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Van & Fuel Card

TS Recruitment is working with a leading facilities management company seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer with a strong commercial gas background. This role will cover the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire areas, focusing on both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance within commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and repair commercial gas appliances, boilers, and heating systems.
Carry out general building services tasks, including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently across various commercial sites.
Ensure full compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team.
Requirements:

Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, etc.).
Experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.
Strong mechanical and plumbing skills, with expertise in installation and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to perform under pressure.
Full UK driving licence.
