Job Opportunity: Construction Site Labourer

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our dynamic team on a busy construction site based in Andover. If you're physically fit, dependable, and eager to contribute to the success of a construction project, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
Prepare and maintain the work site by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and supporting tradesmen
Operate basic construction machinery and tools (training provided)
Ensure all work areas are safe, clean, and organised
Follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all timesRequirements:

Previous experience in construction or manual labour preferred but not essential
Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
CSCS Labourers card
