As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in providing outstanding recruitment services for our clients within the transport and logistics industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract top driving talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.

* Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

* Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial client meetings to placing candidates in suitable roles.

* Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidates meet legal and company compliance standards.

* Target Achievement: Work towards individual and team targets, maximising placements and generating revenue.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in recruitment or the driving/logistics industry is highly desirable.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.

* Full UK driving license (preferable but not essential).
