Are you an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer looking for your next role within a Local Authority?

A council based in Kent are looking for the next Officer to join their team!

With expansive countryside and woodland areas, the Garden of England is also within a stone's throw away to London - so you really get the best of both urban and rural life!

You must have recent experience in:

?Completing HMO inspections.
? Conducting HHSRS calculations.
? Enforcing notices and attending court when required.

? Great knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.

This is a 6 month role, with a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough area to complete inspections.
