Our client is an established organisation looking for an Internal Sales Advisor to join their team based in Brighouse.

This is a fully office-based role, and you will become an integral part of a busy team.

The role

Taking and processing customer orders.
Managing customer enquiries.
Working with new and existing customers, managing accounts and looking for new leads that could potentially generate business.
Managing calls and emails.
Following up on expected deliveries to customers.
Checking Stock availability
Managing a database of lapsed customers.
Soft sales, including up selling and cross-selling to current customers.
Researching potential new customers for the external sales team to target.
General admin support duties.The candidate

Good communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Attention to detail.
Experience in liaising with customers via phone and email.
Good computer skills including Word, Excel & Office 365.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Basic salary £26,000 - £28,000pa with an achievable team bonus structure in place, paid monthly and quarterly.
