Are you a talented Chartered Senior Structural Design Engineer looking for your next challenge? Join our client's dynamic London-based team, where you'll lead exciting projects, collaborate with top professionals, and shape innovative solutions across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead structural design projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, and retail.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce detailed designs and specifications within project timelines.
Conduct structural surveys, desk studies, and offer preliminary advice on design challenges.
Prepare detailed design calculations using British Standards, Eurocodes, and advanced 3D software.
Create high-quality drawings and specifications for tender submissions.
Interpret client briefs and develop robust design solutions from concept to completion.
Independently researching and assessing potential solutions, weighing up alternatives, and working closely with partners to craft and effectively present reliable, innovative design outcomes.
Manage internal workflows, allocate resources, and ensure design coordination meets project demands.
Participate in design team meetings, presenting ideas through sketches, models, and clear communication.
Address client queries and deliver timely information throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:

Chartered Engineer status (IStructE, ICE, or equivalent), or near-chartered.
Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in structural engineering, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in tackling complex challenges with a proactive, collaborative approach.
