Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of an established, family-run business near Yate that operates in the agricultural industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Perform MIG welding on primarily steel components

* Interpret technical drawings and welding specifications

* Set up and operate welding equipment

* Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

* Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficiency

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in MIG welding (especially on steel)

* Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Knowledge of welding automation systems (preferred but not essential)

* A strong work ethic and attention to detail
