About the Role

As an Assistant Accommodation Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, build a vibrant community, and lead an enthusiastic team. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by delivering unforgettable experiences and managing a high-performing property.

What You’ll Do

Create a Standout Resident Experience

Build an engaging, inclusive, and safe environment where students feel supported and inspired.

Plan and deliver exceptional events and activities that delight and connect our residents.

Foster meaningful relationships with universities, colleges, and local organizations to elevate our offering and reputation.

Operational Excellence

Assist with all aspects of property management, from safety compliance to recruitment and onboarding.

Drive performance by collaborating with the General Manager to meet and exceed KPIs, occupancy targets, and revenue goals.

Support property mobilisation, ensuring smooth check-ins and an exceptional start for both residents and team members.

Lead a High-Performing Team

Motivate and mentor your team to achieve their best, championing a positive workplace culture.

Conduct one-to-ones, appraisals, and development plans to help team members thrive.
