A beautiful contemporary homeware retailer seeks an established Retail Store Manager to support the continued growth of this business in Belfast and beyond. You will have a natural love for homeware and interiors combined with being experienced as a Retail Assistant Manager or Store Manager.

This business has a strong customer following both in store and online, this is a newly created position to support the additional growth and daily running of the retail store.

The Role of a Store Manager;

Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Working as part of a team and being a natural leader.
Completing the daily operational standards of the shop floor.
Ability to work and exceed; daily, weekly and qtrly sales targets.
Managing and development of the team around you.
Excellent customer services skills combined with great listening of your customer needs.
Ability to manage and build the CRM system and working closely in organising events.
A natural flair for visual merchandising and interior to give your customer that wow factor in store.
involved in any recruitment and hiring needs of the store.
You will be currently working in retail at; Assistant Manager, Concession Manager or Store Manager level. Desired experience of working in; Homeware, Fashion, Accessories or Jewellery.
