Award-winning law firm in Birmingham city centre seeks experienced fee-earner to bolster its litigation team, advising on a range of claimant personal injury and clinical negligence matters.

The firm is a long-established Legal 500 practice with an excellent reputation across a variety of legal disciplines, including its personal injury team which advises on fast-track and multi-track matters. You will handle your own caseload including RTAs, slip/trips, EL, PL and catastrophic injury claims, in addition to negligence claims against healthcare professionals for a variety of matters including surgical errors and misdiagnosis.

The firm is seeking applicants from lawyers of circa 3-5yrs PQE or equivalent, and will consider solicitors, legal executives or ‘qualified by experience’ paralegals who have a proven track record for handling matters of the nature indicated above, and can do so with minimal supervision.

Remuneration is competitive and will depend upon proven experience within the PI field.
